Welcome to the world Autumn Bunch

Welcome little peepers. We had a total of 11 hatch today but one didn’t survive the night. They work so hard to get out of those eggs you just want to get in there and help them out. This “help” is actually the worst thing you can do for them. The best you can do is wait and watch. And trust me I watch…. a lot.

Once out of the shell they stay in the incubator until they are dry and fluffy. If there are others that are still wet DO NOT open the incubator. Wait until everyone is hatched, dry and fluffy. They can live up to 3 days in the incubator with no food or water thanks to the yolk they ate just before hatching.

Nature is so cool

Currently this is the name list (which, as always is subject to change based on personalities)
